OVERVIEW
AEgis
Technical Support Services, Inc. (ATSS) is a
wholly-owned subsidiary of the AEgis Technologies Group,
Inc. AEgis Technologies Group, Inc. herein after referred
to as AEgis, an award winning small business specializing
in systems engineering, technical analysis, simulation
development and integration, simulation R&D, and software
design/development. AEgis is honored to have been recognized
three successive times by INC Magazine’s “INC
500” list of the fastest growing privately held
companies in America .
In 2004, AEgis formed a separate subsidiary company, AEgis
Technical Support Services (ATSS), Inc., incorporated
in the state of Alabama to continue tasks associated with
PM ITTS activities as well as to provide government SETA
specific services. The corporate management includes Mr.
Ross Hempstead, President and Mr. James Hutson, Company Secretary and head of Business Development. |

The
ATSS team has been a significant engineering services
support contractor for PM ITTS. Since October 1997 it has
executed a continuous, unbroken series of PM ITTS task
orders under a variety of vehicles. Our team has been
steadfast in supporting development of instrumentation
and test systems enabling soldiers to accomplish their
test, training, and ultimately, warfighting mission.
Support to PM ITTS systems include: Embedded Instrumentation;
Digital Network Migration; Contamination
Avoidance Detection Test Suite (CADTS); Operational
Test – Test Engagement System; Central Test
and Evaluation Investment Programs (CTEIP) including
TENA and Foundation Initiative 2010; Advanced Multi-Spectral
Sensor Test Capabilities (AMSSTC); and OTC Analytic
Simulation and Instrumentation / Synthetic Environment
Laboratory (OASIS / SEL).
The
strategic direction of ATSS, Inc. in the future remains
the singular focus of becoming one of the world leaders
in Support Engineering and Assistance. For the past eight years,
ATSS, Inc. personnel have been creating innovative solutions
to problems requiring specialized knowledge. We have
significant expertise in Engineering Services, Chem
Bio Defense Technology, Sensor Technology, Test Instrumentation
Optics/Communication, Software Development, Systems
Engineering, Systems Analysis, Test and Evaluation,
and Information Technology. ATSS, Inc. management and
